About Me
I became a Royal Marines Commando in 20xx, and went on to continue my career as a Physical Training Instructor after the completion of a physically and mentally rigorous selection course in 20xx. In 2020, during the extremely challenging time of the COVID-19 pandemic, I began working with athletes online with a singular mission: To help them achieve both physical fitness and mental resilience through training. My journey has allowed me to coach a wide variety of athletes: from beginners aiming to complete their first 5k, to aspiring Royal Marines seeking more specific training. I’ve proudly guided men and women of various abilities, lifestyles, and ambitions towards their goals.
